Every Morgan Signature piece is crafted with care, and we want it to reach you in perfect condition. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how and when your order will be delivered.

1. Coverage

We deliver across all of Egypt.

2. Free Delivery

Delivery is free on every order, anywhere in Egypt — there are no shipping charges at checkout. Bulk B2B orders for restaurants and coffee shops are arranged and quoted individually as part of your order.

3. Delivery Time

• Standard (in-stock) items: delivered within 14 days of order confirmation.
• Custom powder-coated or made-to-order items: 2–4 weeks, depending on the finish and order size.
• B2B / bulk restaurant and coffee shop orders: lead time confirmed individually based on quantity and finish.

4. Delivery & Handling

Large or heavy pieces (lounge sets, sectional sets, dining sets) may require truck delivery and help carrying them into your space — our team will coordinate the timing with you in advance. Please make sure the delivery access (entrances, staircases, lifts, gates) can accommodate the items ordered.

5. Scheduling Your Delivery

Once your order is ready, we will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date and time window. Please ensure someone over 18 is available to receive and inspect the order.

6. Delays

Weather, customs (for imported materials), or high demand can occasionally delay delivery. We will always let you know as soon as we are aware of a delay and work to deliver as soon as possible.
