1. About Us

Morgan Signature (Morgan Furniture) designs and sells outdoor furniture — balcony, garden, and roof sets — and supplies furniture to restaurants and coffee shops (B2B), made from metal and aluminum with electrostatic powder coating, and wood.

2. Product Information

We try to describe and photograph every product accurately, including material, color, and dimensions. Because of screen differences, actual colors (especially powder-coated finishes) may vary slightly from what you see on screen. Custom color or finish orders will be confirmed with you before production.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in EGP and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery is free across Egypt. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and will contact you before processing any order affected by one.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy; we confirm acceptance by email or WhatsApp. We may decline or cancel an order (out-of-stock items, pricing errors, suspected fraud) and will refund you in full if that happens.

5. B2B Orders

Bulk orders for restaurants, coffee shops, and other businesses may be subject to a separate quote, deposit, and delivery schedule agreed directly with our team, which supersedes these general terms where they conflict.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, photos, and content on themorgansignature.com belong to Morgan Signature and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Liability

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper assembly, misuse, or exposure beyond the product's intended outdoor use. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
